ROCHESTER, Mich. - The Oakland men's soccer team opens a two-match road swing at Marshall on Monday, Aug. 27 at Hoops Family Field starting at 7 p.m. The match will be broadcast live on HerdVision on C-USAtv (paid subscriptions only) as well as 88-1 WMUL-FM on-air and online.
Notes:
- Marshall is 1-0 on the season after shutting out Duquesne, 1-0, on Friday
- The Thundering Herd lead the all-time series 2-1 with Oakland winning the last meeting, 2-0, on the road in 2013
- Oakland enters the match 0-0-1 after a double overtime draw against Western Illinois in the season opener (8/24) in which
Napoleon Outlaw III scored his first career goal in dramatic fashion with just 29 seconds left in regulation to force overtime
