ROCHESTER, Mich. - The Oakland women's tennis team travels to Ypsilanti, Mich. for a dual match against instate opponent Eastern Michigan on Fri., Mar. 16 at 1 p.m. at the Chippewa Racquet Club.

Notes:
- The Eagles are 8-3 on the season with a 2-0 home mark. Oakland is the third Horizon League opponent EMU will face after securing 5-2 wins over Youngstown State and Cleveland State.
- The Golden Grizzlies finished their Windy City road swing with a perfect 3-0 record recording wins over Omaha (4-2), Lewis (7-0) and host Chicago State (5-2) to pull even on the season at 6-6.
- Oakland was led by Allison Motea who went 3-0 at the No. 3 singles position earning Horizon League Women's Tennis Singles Player of the Week honors.
- Darya Maltseva (No. 2 singles) is currently on a four-match win streak
- Alexandra Whall (No. 4) and Sofia Borcuti (No. 6) went undefeated on the Chicago road swing with 3-0 and 2-0 records respectively
