GREENSBORO, N.C. - Blake Griffith's hit is first-career home run with three RBI while Ben Hart connected on his second long ball of the season as Oakland added seven late inning runs but fell short to UNCG, 13-8, on Tuesday.

Trailing 12-1 in the seventh, Griffith drew a bases loaded walk followed by a fielder's choice RBI from Myles Zilinsky and RBI double from Tyler Trovinger giving Oakland three runs.

Griffith's two-run shot in the eighth along with a RBI double from Mario Camilletti cut the lead to 12-8 but it was not enough as the Golden Grizzlies could not plate any runs in ninth.

Oakland heads to Lexington, Ky. to open a three-game set at Kentucky on Friday, Feb. 23 at 4 p.m.
