May 1, 2017 ROCHESTER, Mich. - Oakland Volleyball Summer Camp registration is now available for all sessions. For individual players, the camp offerings provide a broad base of skill instruction for players grades 4 and up for both positional training and overall skill development. For high school teams, the competition camp offers a unique opportunity to learn many of the drills that the coaches use to train the Golden Grizzlies.
"I am pleased to once again offer six outstanding summer camp opportunities to learn at Oakland,"said head coach Rob Beam. "The program is a fantastic way for youth and high school players to learn the game and enhance their enjoyment of our great sport. I am looking forward to another fantastic summer."
The All Skills Youth Camp will have two sessions, with the first taking place July 7-9 and the second session July 17-19. Other camp offerings include the High School Prep Camp on July 10-12, the Setter and Attacker Academy on July 13-14, the Libero/Ball Control Academy on July 20-21, and the High School Team Competition Camp, which is open to any high school team of any level of six or more players, will be July 14-16.
In accordance with NCAA bylaws, the camps are open to any and all participants in grades 4-8 (limited only by number of entrants, age, grade level, and/or gender).
