ROCHESTER, Mich. - Laval Lucas-Perry scored 15 points, while Travis Bader and Drew Valentine each had 14 points to lead the Oakland men's basketball team to a 94-55 victory over Spring Arbor in an exhibition contest on Wednesday night inside the Athletics Center O'rena.
"I was very happy with the rebounding tonight," said OU coach Greg Kampe. "I still don't know what combinations we are going to use, but I may not know that in our 31st game. We have a lot of different ways we can go."
Reggie Hamilton tallied 13 points for the Golden Grizzlies on 9 of 10 shooting from the free-throw line and dished out a game-high eight assists. Blake Cushingberry played his first game in over a year after tearing his ACL last season, scoring nine points on 3 of 7 shooting from beyond the arc.
