ALLENDALE, Mich. - Freshman Breanna Peabody gave Oakland University's women's track and field team a lot to smile about at the Grand Valley State University Early Bird indoor track and field meet when she snapped Oakland's record in the pentathlon with her first-place mark of 3,223 points. Freshman Megan Enzor, who held the previous pentathlon record of 2,998 points, moved to second place all-time with her third place finish of 3,174 points out of 10 competitors.

It will be the men's turn to compete Saturday, Jan. 10, when they take part in the Eastern Michigan University Invitational in Ypsilanti, Mich.
