(Nov. 28, 2006) ???C For a sixth straight time Oakland will play on the road and for the second time this season it will be on the home floor of a Big East opponent as the Golden Grizzlies travel down I-75 to Cincinnati to take on the Bearcats tomorrow night. The contest will mark the end of the current stretch away from home, the longest since the Golden Grizzlies played seven straight on the road when it ended the 1993-94 season in the NCAA DII Tournament. Oakland will look to rebound from a loss at Michigan State on Saturday where the Spartans held OU to 13 first half points in a 71-53 win. Vova Severovas (Vilnius, Lithuania) led Oakland with 13 points and has now taken over the team lead in scoring with his 12.7 average.
