Kyle Boehm (Rockford, Mich.) were named to the 2003 Mid-Con baseball all-conference first team at the outfield and relief pitcher positions, respectively. Fellow classmate and utility player

Dominic Carmosino (Cincinnati, Ohio) were tabbed as second team selections. Tollison finished fourth on the team with a .315 batting average and led the team with nine home runs and 41 runs batted in. Sullivan finished second on the team with a .327 batting average and was second on the team with 10 doubles. Boehm finished the season with a 3-4 record and a team low, 2.70 ERA. He also struck out 44 batters in 36.2 innings pitched. Carmosino finished second on the team with a 3.95 ERA and held opponents to a .245 batting average. Oakland concluded its season with a 20-34 overall record and missed the conference tournament as they posted a 7-13 mark in the Mid-Con.
