2018 Indoor:
• Placed sixth in the 4x400 (4:076.71) at the SVSU Holiday Open & Multis (Dec. 1-2)
• Placed 16th in the 400 (1:04.08) at the Michigan • Silverston Invitational (Feb. 16)
2017 Indoor:
• Member of the distance medley relay team that captured the league title in the event (12:18.42) at the Horizon League Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26)
2017 Outdoor:
• Placed 7th in the 400m (1:00.29) at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 5-7)
• Placed 2nd in the 400m (59.12) at Oakland vs. Detroit Duals (April 8)• A member of the 4x400m (3:54.55) that placed 1st at the Golden Grizzly Invite (April 14-15)
2016 Outdoor
• Ran on the 4x400 relay team that was runner-up at the Horizon League Championships and set a school record with a time of 3:49.82
• Ran 400m PR with time of 58.11 at the Golden Grizzly Invite
2016 Indoor:
• Ran third leg of 4x400 relay team that finished fourth at the 2016 Horizon League Championships with a time of 3:56.44 helping Oakland win the first title in program history
• Ran anchor leg of 4x400 relay team that finished second with a time of school record 3:53.36 at the YSU National Invite
• Placed second in the 400m Dash at the Tiffin Dragon Invitational with 59.76
• Finished eighth in the 200m Dash at the Tiffin Dragon Invite with 2:25.03
• Set 200m PR with a time of 26.73 at SVSU Jets Pizza Invite and 400m PR time of 58.89 at the YSU National Invite
2014 Outdoor
• Career-best in the 200m was 27.82 at the 48th Annual Gina Relays (Apr. 24-26)
• Also recorded a personal-best in the 400m with a time of 1:02.52 at the Al Owens Classic (Apr. 18-19)
