^ Had a top-five finish in the 5K at the Detroit Titan Classic (4/3).

2009 Indoor Track:
^ Ran a career-best time in the 3K at The BGSU Challenge (1/17) with a time of 10:04.71, the third-best mark in school history.

2009 Indoor Track:
^ Competed in the mile run at The Summit League Championship.

2008 Cross Country:
^ Ran in two meets for the Golden Grizzlies
^ Ran a season-best 5K at the Tommy Titan Invitational (Sept. 6) with a time of 20:31.

2007 Cross Country:
^ Ran in five meets
^ Had career bests of 19:38.50 (5K) at the Mel Brodt Invitational (Sept. 15) and 23:45.87 (6K) at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10).

High School:
^ Earned four letters in cross-country at Waterford Mott High School
^ Selected team captain in cross country and track as a junior and senior
^ Qualified for the state meet as a senior
^ Three-time all-league honoree
^ Helped her team win the Oakland Mega Championship as a senior
^ Recipient of the NIAAA Scholar Athlete award.
