2009 Outdoor Track:
^ Scored for the Golden Grizzlies in the 800 run with a time of 1:55.06, good for eighth place, at The Summit League Championship.
^ Also scored for the Golden Grizzlies in the 4x400 relay (3:32.04).
^ Earned a first-place finish in the 800 at the Detroit Titan Classic (4/3) with a time of 1:58.11.
^ Was one of three Golden Grizzlies to compete at the Jesse Owens Track Classic, where he ran Oakland[apos]s best 800 of the season with a time of 1:52.33, good for 15th place.
^ Earned an additional finish inside the top-10.

2009 Indoor Track:
^ Earned all-league honors for running a leg on the champion distance medley relay team (10:10.65) at The Summit League Championship.
^ Also scored in the 800 run with a sixth-place time of 1:57.25.
^ Was named Summit League Athlete of the Week (1/27) for his performance at the Don Wright Invitational (1/24), where he ran a leg on the first place 4x800 relay team (7:56.13).
^ Set the then-school record in the 400 dash with a time of 51.16 at the Triple Dual Meet (1/30).

2008 Outdoor Track:
^ Finished among the top 10 eight times
^ Was runner-up at The Summit League Championships (May 17) in the 800 to earn all-league honors
^ His time of 1:51.88 broke the school record
^ Won the 800 at the Spartan Invitational (Apr. 12) and the 1500 at the EMU Invitational
^ Broke the school record in the 400 with a time of 48.83 against Detroit (Apr. 17).

2008 Indoor Track:
^ Finished among the top 10 six times
^ Was seventh in the 800 at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 29)
^ Ran 1:24.16 (a then school record) to win the 600 at the Don Wright Team Challenge (Jan. 19)
^ Won the 800 at the Simmons/Harvey Invitational (Jan. 26) in a photo finish.

2007 Outdoor Track:
^ Scored in the 400 and with the 1600 meter relay team at the Mid-Continent Championships (May 14).

2006 Outdoor Track:
^ Set the school record in the 400 with a mark of 49.36 at the Central Collegiates (April 22)
^ Finished among the top 10 in the 400 four times in five meets
^ Was sixth at the Mid-Continent Championships.

High School:
^ Earned two letters in track at Sterling Heights Stevenson High School
^ All-Macomb County in track twice
^ Achieved personal best times of 50.80 in the 400 and 1:57.90 in the 800 as a senior
^ Earned three letters in basketball
^ Was All-Macomb Athletic Conference Honorable Mention as a junior and a senior.
