ROCHESTER, Mich. - Alex Hugh-Plott and Maddi Leigh of men's and women's track and field have been named Oakland Student-Athletes of the Week presented by Prairie Farms.

At the Gladstein Invitational, Leigh broke the 800 indoor school record, winning with a time of 2:12.15 and ranking first in the Horizon League. 

Also leading the conference, Hugh-Plott broke the indoor school record in the high jump with a height of 6 ft., 11.
