JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – In the 400 quarterfinals of the NCAA East Preliminary Jimmie Williams ran his second-fastest time and finished 16th with a time of 46.67. 

Williams is the first Oakland sprinter to make it to the quarterfinal round of preliminaries.
