HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. -- Marc Norton carded a team-best 73 (+1) in the Horizon League Championship finale on Tuesday as the Golden Grizzlies finished runner-up for the third consecutive season.

Oakland finished seven strokes behind first place Cleveland State, recording a three-day total of 894 (+30). On the final 18 holes the Golden Grizzlies shot a tournament team-best 296, with every Oakland competitor finishing within the Top 30.

Norton finished the three-day tournament with a team-best 220 (+4), good for fifth place. Jake Kneen and Jacob Johnson rounded out the top 10 finishers for the Black and Gold as the duo finished tied for seventh and ninth respectively.
