"I'm really proud of how hard our team played and competed," said head coach Jeff Tungate. "Even when we weren't making shots in the first half we kept competing and battling. I'm really pleased with how hard they fought. They played until the end. It was an exciting game. Give Youngstown State credit, they made some plays down the stretch. I'm just proud of our basketball team. It was a great first year, lots of positives to build on from this season and they laid down a great foundation for years to come. That's for sure."
