VERMILLION, S.D. -- The Oakland women's basketball team (11-14, 7-9) begins its final weekend of regular season play on Saturday against South Dakota (19-7, 10-6) at the DakotaDome. The game will feature two of the top three scorers in The Summit League as the Golden Grizzlies' Bethany Watterworth averages 19.3 points per game competes against USD's Amber Hegge, who averages 18.8.
This is just the second meeting between OU and USD with the Coyotes winning 58-51 at the Athletics Center O'rena earlier this season. The game will be a doubleheader with the OU men's team playing at USD following the women's game.
