ROCHESTER, Mich. (AP) - Drey Mingo scored 19 points and No. 15 Purdue shot 56 percent from the field in a 77-46 win over Oakland on Sunday.
Dee Dee Williams had 14 points and Courtney Moses scored 13 for the Boilermakers (10-1), who have won five straight. Sam Ostarello grabbed 10 rebounds for Purdue, which owned a 35-22 edge on the boards. The Boilermakers are off to their best start since the 2003-04 season.
Purdue led 38-27 at the half and then shot 61 percent after the break while holding the Golden Grizzlies to 19 points. Oakland did not make a field goal in the final 8 minutes.
Victoria Lipscomb led Oakland (5-5) with 12 points and eight rebounds. Annemarie Hamlet had 11 points and Elena Popkey scored 10 for the Golden Grizzlies.
