2010 Outdoor:
^ Competed in three meets
^ Tallied a top-eight finish in the 200-meter dash at the UDM Dual Meet (4/15) with a time of 25.26
^ Had a third-place finish as a member of the 4x400 relay tea, at the EMU Twilight Meet (4/17)

2010 Indoor Track:
^ Recorded a top-five finish in the 400-meter dash
^ Ran a career-best 52.73 in the 400 at the GVSU Big Meet (2/12)

2009 Indoor and Outdoor Track:
^ Did not compete

2008 Outdoor Track:
^ Ran a career-best of 53.56 in the 400 dash.

High School:
^ Earned four letters in XC and track at Renaissance High School
^ Selected team captain as a senior in XC ... He was a four-time All-City (Detroit) selection in both sports
^ Four-time all-region pick in cross country and twice in track.
