2010 Indoor Track:
^ Ran a time of 15:54.87 in the 5,000 run at the GVSU Big Meet (2/12)
2007 Outdoor:
^ Scored in the 10,000 at the Mid-Continent Championships (May 14).
2006 Outdoor:
^ Scored in the 5000 at the Central Collegiates (April 22)
^ His time of 15:46.87 was the second fastest in Oakland University history.
High School:
^ Earned four letters in track at L[apos]anse Creuse North High School
^ Also earned four letters in cross country
^ Was a three-time All-Tri Valley Conference selection and was selected two-time all-county.
