^ Earned a top-five finish in the steeplechase at the UDM Dual Meet (4/15), finishing fourth with a time of 13:49.10

2010 Indoor Track:
^ Competed in two meets
^ Ran a season-best 12:08.97 in the 3,000 run at the EMU Open (1/9)

2009 Cross Country
^ Competed in three meets for the Golden Grizzlies.
^ Ran a season-best 5K of 21:55 at the Michigan Intercollegiate (10/9)

2009 Outdoor Track:
^ Competed in two meets for the Golden Grizzlies.
^ Notched a top-five finish in the 3,000 run against Detroit (4/16) with a time of 12:00.90.

^ Did not compete for the Golden Grizzlies.

At Oakland Community College:
^ Participated in cross country and track for two years
^ Helped her team to a NJCAA Division I 13th national ranking in 2006 and 14th in 2007
^ Earned All-American Academic honors in track in 2006 and for cross country in 2007.

High School:
^ Earned two letters for coaches Jenny Sweet and John Shaw
^ Also lettered three times in cross country, where she helped her team to three state championships as a sophomore, junior and senior, including a top-seven ranking in 2003
^ Earned all-league honors in 2003 and qualified for the state championship meet
^ Also earned four letters in soccer, two in tennis and one in power-lifitng
^ Served as class president her senior year

Academic Achievements:
^ A member of the National Honor Society and served as secretary for two years
^ Earned the Michigan Tech. Society of Women Engineers[apos] Math and Science Award as a senior
^ She also recieved the only Principal[apos]s Award as a senior.
