^ Finished in the top-30 at the Golden Grizzly Invitational (9/5) with a time of 20:46 in the 6K.
^ Ran a season-best 8K at the Falcon Invitational (10/17) with a time of 26:37.20

^ A three-year letterwinner under head coach Norm Petersimes and served as team captain for two seasons
^ Earned all-conference, all-county and all-region honors and was named team MVP as a senior
^ Was the individual champion at the 2008 conference championship.
^ Competed in AAU cross country, where he was a member of the Macomb X-Men team in 2008
