2010 Indoor:
^ Ran season-best times in the mile and 3000-meter run with respective times of 4:35.26 and 9:16.04

^ Scored for Oakland in the steeplechase at The Summit League Championship, finishing in eighth place.

2008 Indoor: Finished among the top 10 four times ... Won the 3000 at the Macomb Opener (Dec. 1) and the Grand Valley State Holiday Open (Dec. 14) ... Ranks among the top five career in the mile.
2007 Outdoor:
^ Ran 9:39.25 to finish third in the 3000 Steeplechase at the Mid-Continent Championships
^ His time was the second fastest in school history.
Sterling Heights High School:
^ Earned four letters for coach Harold Arft.
^ Earned Division I All-State honors as a senior.
^ Helped his team qualify for the Division I State Championship meet his first three seasons.
^ Four-time All-Macomb Athletic Conference and three-time All-Macomb County selection.
Personal:
^ Son of Thelma and Glenn Craze.
^ Sister, Kelly, ran for Oakland in 2004.

^ Was the number two runner at the Great Lakes Regional running 33:43.50 (10K) to place 96th.
