^ Ran anchor on the school-record setting 4x400 relay team at the Hillsdale Gina Relays (4/25) with a time of 3:59.99, finishing seventh of 16 teams.
^ Had three additional finishes inside the top-10.

2009 Indoor Track:
^ Scored for the Golden Grizzlies by running legs on the 4x400 and distance medley relay teams at The Summit League Championship, setting a school record in the DMR with a time of 12:34.02.
^ Had two additional finishes inside the top-10.

2008 Outdoor Track:
^ Won the 400 meter dash at the Cancelled Classic (Mar. 29)
^ Set the school record in the 400 with a time of 59.78 against Detroit (Apr. 17)
^ Member of the 400 meter relay team that set the school record at the Summit League Championships (May. 15)
^ Fourth leading scorer with 29.5 points.

2008 Indoor Track:
^ Set school records in the 300 (42.96, Team Challenge, Feb. 9) and 400 (1:00.54, EMU Classic, Feb. 16)
^ Ran on the 1600 meter relay team that ran 4:09.29 to set the school record at The Summit League Championships (Mar. 1)
^ Runner-up in the 400 at the Macomb Open
^ Had six top 10 finishes and was the team[apos]s second leading scorer with 33 points.

2007 Outdoor Track:
^ Ran 26.84 in a dual meet against Detroit-Mercy (April 4) to break the school record in the 200 meter dash
^ Broke the school record in the 400 with a time of 1:00.48 at the Central Collegiates (April 21)
^ That record was broken two weeks later by another OU runner.
