2021 Outdoor:
• Recorded personal bests in the 200 (26.48) and 400 hurdles (1:04.24)
• Finished third in the 4x400 (3:55.28) and sixth in the 400 hurdles (1:06.78) at the Horizon League Championship

2020 Indoor:
• Placed sixth in the 200 (27.09) and fourth in the 400 (1:02.24) at the SVSU Classic (Jan. 10)
• Placed 11th inthe 300 (42.66) at the Can Am International (Jan. 25)
• Placed first in the 600 (1:41.99) and first in the 4x400 (4:15.42) at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 31)

2019 Outdoor:
• Placed first in the 4x400 (4:01.82) and fourth in the 400H (1:10.37) at the Oakland vs Detroit meet (Apr. 6)
• Placed seventh in the 400H (1:08.73) and 23rd in the 200 (27.06w) at the Golden Grizzlies Invite
• Placed ninth in the 400H (1:08.73) and 36th in the 200 (26.89w) at the GVSU Al Owens Classic (Apr. 19-20)
• Placed 16th in the 400H (1:09.58) at the 53rd Annual Hillsdale “GINA” Relays
• Placed sixth in the 400H (1:07.04) in the Horizon League Track & Field Championships (May 3-5)

2019 Indoor:
• Placed first in the 4x400 (4:11.28), 3rd in the 400 (1:03.03) and 16th in the 200 (28.66) at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 11)
• Placed 12th in the 400 (1:01.31) and 31st in the 200 (27.64)  at the SVSU “Doug Hansen” Open (Jan. 18)
• Placed 34th in the 400 (1:01.02) at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 9)
