Biography

2008 Cross Country:
^ Compted in three meets for the Golden Grizzlies
^ Finished in seventh-place at the Golden Grizzly Open (Aug. 30)with a 5K time of 19:48, which was also her season-high.

2008 Outdoor Track:
^ Had five top 10 finishes
^ Won the 3000 steeplechase against Detroit (Apr. 17)
^ Broke the steeplechase record with a time of 11:49.32 at the Gina Relays (Apr. 25)
^ Lead the team in scoring with 33 points.

2008 Indoor Track:
^ Was runner-up in the mile at the Macomb Open (Dec. 7. 2007)
^ Ran on the school record setting 3200 and distance medley relay teams ... The DMR squad ended up sixth at The Summit League Championships (Feb. 29).

2007 Outdoor Track:
^ Ran the second fastest steeplechase time at the Gina Relays.

2006 Outdoor Track:
^ Finished among the top 10 in the 1500 at the Central Collegiates
^ Ran on the 400 and 1600 meter relays that scored at the Mid-Continent Championships.

2007 Cross Country: Ran in three meets ... Recorded career bests of 19:32.33 (5K) at the Mel Brodt Invitational (Sept. 15) and 24:47.00 (6K) at The Summit League Championships (Oct. 27).

2006 Cross Country:
^ Had a successful second season at Oakland, competing in all five scored meets for the Golden Grizzlies
^ Ran her fastest 5K time of the season at the Notre Dame Invitational clocking in at 20:29 and placing her ninth among OU runners and 140th overall
^ Had her highest finish on the team at the Mid-Con Championships, where she placed seventh among Oakland runners and 37th overall with a season-best 6K time of 25:24.99
^ Placed sixth on the team and 195th overall at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, running a time of 26:01:90 in the 6K race
^ Mid-Con Commissioner[apos]s List of Academic Excellence.

High School:
^ Earned four letters in cross country at Clawson High School in 2005
^ Selected team captain three time teams
^ All-league four years
^ Qualified for state twice (2001, 2002)
^ Helped lead the Trojans to the league championship in 2001
^ Three-time team MVP
^ Also lettered four times in track and was named all-league four years
^ Qualified for state twice in the 1600.
