2019 Indoor:
• Placed third in the mile (4:26.33) and fourth in the 3000m (9:20.12) at the Jack Skoog Open (Jan. 11)
• Placed sixth in the mile with a time of 4:24.26 at the SVSU “Doug Hansen” Open (Jan. 18)
• Placed sixth in the 800m (1:59.56) and seventh in the mile (4:25.49) at the Can-Am International (Jan. 26)
• Placed 15^th after running a college best in the mile with a time of 4:22.67 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 9)
• Placed fifth after running a college best in the 800m with a time of 1:57.00 at the SVSU Tune-Up (Feb. 15)
• Placed seventh in the DMR (11:26.63), 17^th in the 800m (1:58.63), and 20^th in the 3000m with a college best of 9:05.51 at the Horizon League Championships (Feb. 23-24)
