2008 Cross Country: Competed in three meets for the Golden Grizzlies ... Finished 17th overall at the Michigan Intercollegiate (Oct. 10) with a time of 26:26 in the 8K, which was also a career-best mark for him ... Helped Oakland to a second-place finish at the Summit League Championship (Nov. 1), where they finished just six points shy of champion Southern Utah... Finished 33rd at the Summit League Championship with an 8K time of 26:34.8.
2007 Cross Country: Ran in seven races ... Ran career bests of 25:45.00 (8K) at Pre-Nationals (Oct. 13) and 34:14.31 (10K) at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10).
2006 Cross Country: Competed in one meet in his sophomore season with OU ... finished sixth among his teammates and eighth overall at the Golden Grizzly Open, completing the four mile race in 21:31.
2005 Cross Country: Ran in three meets for Oakland during his freshman season ... earned a season-best 23rd-place finish at the four-mile Golden Grizzly with a 22:50 mark ... posted his fastest 8K time of the season at the Crusader Invitational, a 28:23 effort.
High School: A 2005 graduate of Wylie E. Groves High School in Royal Oak, Michigan ... three-year letterwinner under coach Dan Inloes ... captained the Falcons cross country squad his senior season...
