^ Earned a third-place finish in the 800-meter run against Detroit (4/16) with a time of 1:59.35.
^ Also notched a top-10 finish for the Golden Grizzlies.

2009 Indoor Track:
^ Earned two top-10 finishes for OU.

2008 Cross Country:
^ Ran in three races for the Golden Grizzlies.

2007 Outdoor Track:
^ Ran 4:00.70 in the 1500 at the Central Collegiates (April 21)
^ That was the second fastest time in school history.

2007 Cross Country:
^ Ran in three races
^ Finished among the top five at the Michigan Intercollegiates (Oct. 5).

2006 Cross Country:
^ Competed in six meets for the Golden Grizzlies as a freshman
^ Finished as a scoring runner at the Spartan Invitational placing seventh among his teammates and 47th overall with a time of 28:17
^ Ran his season-best 8K at the Michigan Intercollegiate running a 26:37.2 and placing 52nd overall
^ Placed ninth among Oakland runners and 49th overall at the Mid-Con Championships, running the 8K race in 29:14.30
^ Academic All-Conference selection

High School:
^ Four-year letterwinner in cross country under coach Mike Jameson and served ascaptain of the team as a junior and senior
^ First team all-area and all-conference as a senior
^ Helped his team to an eighth-place finish at the state meet in the school[apos]s first-ever appearance
^ Also lettered four times in track

Academic Achievements:
^ Varsity math team as a senior
^ Honor roll student and National Honor Society member
