2011-12: Swam a career-best 4:41.20 in the 400-yard individual medley at the EMU Swim and Dive Invitational ... Swam a season-best in the 500- and 1,650-yard freestyle at the EMU Swim and Dive Invitational ... Earned a season-best in the 1,000-free against Notre Dame, UM and TCU.

2009-10: Scored in three events at The Summit League Championships ... Swam 17:42.17 to place seventh in the 1650-yard freestyle ... Scored in the 400 individual medley and 500 free.

Monroe High School: Earned three letters for coach Jeremy Layman... Led her team to three conference championships ... Was a three-time all-state honoree in the 500 freestyle ... Member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Ann and Craig Savonen ... Has a brother, Ben, who swims at Ohio State ... Savonen is majoring in psychology.
