Biography

Sam Rhein enters her first season as a student assistant coach for the OU softball program. Rhein was a two-year letterwinner for the Golden Grizzlies from 2007-08.

Rhein played in 11 games last season, starting in three of them. She hit .286, with two home runs and five runs batted in. She also tallied an .857 slugging percentage and .333 on base percentage.

She is currently seeking her bachelor[apos]s degree in health sciences and is scheduled to graduate in the spring 2009.
