^ Ran a time of 9:59.61 in the 3,000-meter run at the EMU Open (1/9)

2009 Outdoor Track:
^ Had two additional finishes inside the top-10 in the steeplechase, including a career-best 10:39.70, good for a second-place finish.

2009 Indoor Track:
^ Ran a career-best mark in the 3K at the Triple Dual Meet (1/30) with a mark of 9:09.96.

2008 Cross Country:
^ Competed in three meets for the Golden Grizzlies
^ Ran a season-best 8K time at the Michigan Intercollegiate (Oct. 10) at 28:38.

2007 Cross Country:
^ Ran in three races
^ His best finish was 26th at the Golden Grizzly Open (Sept. 1).

High School:
^ Four-year letterwinner in cross country for coach Jason Robinson and served as team captain as a junior and senior
^ Helped the Falcons to a 14th place finish at the state meet as a senior
^ Also earned four letters in track at Freeland, serving as captain of the track team junior and senior years
^ All-state with the 3,200 relay in 2006 and 2007
