^ Ran a 9:22.36 in the 3,000-meter run at the UDM Dual Meet (4/15)
2010 Indoor Track:
^ Competed in three meets
^ Ran a season-best 9:05.35 in the 3,000 run at the EMU Open (1/9)
2009 Cross Country
^ Did not compete for the Golden Grizzlies
2008 Cross Country:
^ Competed in three meets for the Golden Grizzlies
^ Finished in 27th at the Tommy Titan Invitational (Sept. 6) out of 141 runners with a four-mile time of 21:14 and was the fifth OU runner to finish the race.
Prior to Oakland:
^ Ran cross country for two seasons at Macomb Community College.
High School:
^ Three-year letterwinner for coach Jason Hubbard
^ Helped his team win conference, regional and conference championship titles during his tenure
^ Also earned all-league and all county honors, as well as qualifying for state titles
^ Also earned four letters in wrestling and track and field
^ Assisted his team in winning league and district championship titles
^ Was named all-league three times in wrestling and was a three-time regional qualifier
