Purpose
The Grizzlies Outstanding Leadership Development (GOLD) program seeks to guide, encourage and support student-athletes as they work to understand and strengthen their organizational leadership and personal and professional development.
 
Participants
Open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors, all interested student-athletes must apply for consideration. Each year, up to 20 student-athlete emerging leaders will be selected to participate in this high-impact leadership and career development opportunity.
 
Structure
Participants will attend monthly 90-minute meetings with the below-listed curriculum. Participants will also be paired with a professional mentor from United Shore. Professional mentors will attend monthly meetings and meet with their assigned mentee(s) at least once between each formal meeting.
