Children/Lap Seat Policy
Player/Coach Pass List
Pass list tickets are located inside the O'rena hallway next to the turnstiles. All individuals must present photo ID and sign for admission.
Will Call
Will call tickets can be picked up:

On game day at the Will Call table inside the O'rena hallway

During regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM) at the Athletics Ticket Office
A photo ID is required for all ticket pickups.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on tickets unless the event is canceled and not rescheduled. If a game is canceled and not made up, tickets may be used for another home game that season.
Replacement Ticket Policy
Please handle your tickets with care. The Athletics Ticket Office will charge full price for all replacement tickets issued. This includes tickets that are lost, stolen, or left at home. Washed tickets will be replaced without charge if remaining portions and the location can be recognized.
