VISITING TEAM INFORMATION
Parking and Facility Entrance
The Athletic Center (RAC on campus map) is home to the following sports: Basketball, Swimming & Diving
and Volleyball. Teams may utilize the cut out on the East side of the Loading Dock in Parking Lot 17 for bus and team
van parking. Teams should enter the building through the back doors marked "Players and Officials Entrance".
The sports of: Baseball, Soccer and Softball may utilize Parking Lot 13. However, if you need locker room access pre/
post-game, please follow the above instructions for the Athletic Center.
Scheduling Practices
Please contact the Oakland University Event Management Staff to schedule all visiting team practices.
Athletic Communications
The Athletic Communications office will provide box scores, results, etc. to each team that visits OU. If the visiting SID
(Sports Information Director) is not with the team, the OU Athletic Communications office will e-mail the box score to
the opponent's athletic communications office following the contest.
Basketball only - The OU Media Room will be available to visiting SID and media prior to the contest, at halftime and
after the contest. The Grizz student learning center will host the postgame press conference with the winning team first,
followed by the losing team. Players need to be requested through the OU athletic communications staff right after the
final media timeout.

Athletic Training Room
The athletic training room is located in room 116 on the second floor of the Athletics Center. Normal hours of operation
are Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. However, upon request the athletic training room will also be available to you
outside of these hours.
Teams traveling without a Certified Athletic Trainer are required to bring an instruction sheet with a list of desired
treatments for athletes receiving treatments other than ice and hot packs. If no athletic trainer is traveling with your
team please call ahead of time with specific instructions for treatment and taping.
A Certified Athletic Trainer will be present at all home contests. Our team physicians will be on-site or on-call during all
home competitions.
The following modalities will be available in the athletic training room; CryoTherm Hot and Cold Tanks, Rich-Mar VI with
ultrasound and galvanic stimulation, Rich-Mar TheraMini Combo 3P, Hydrocollator packs, Game Ready and Ice.
Complementary Tickets
A pass list will be accepted in the sports of Men's and Women's Soccer, Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving and
Volleyball. Each coach will receive 4 tickets and student athletes will receive 2 tickets. Please provide your pass list to
Event Management upon your arrival to the facility.
For all Summit League Basketball Games, 50 complementary tickets will be provided. Please provide your pass list to
Event Management upon arrival to the facility.
