^ Earned two top-10 finishes in the mile at the Michigan Intercollegiate (1/31) with a time of 5:30.45 and at the GVSU Big Meet (2/14) with a 11:00.32 mark in the 3,000 meter run.
2008 Cross Country:
^ Competed in three meets for the Golden Grizzlies
^ Finished 12th at the Golden Grizzly Open with a 5K time of 20:14

^ Set the school record in the mile with a time of 5:19.44 at the Michigan Intercollegiates (Feb. 2)

^ Also a member of the the school record setting 3200 meter relay team (10:15.48 at the Team Challenge, Feb. 9)
2007 Outdoor Track:
^ Set the school record in the 3000 Steeplechase with a time of 11:51.00 at the Gina Relays (April 28)
^ Finished sixth in the 5000 at the Central Collegiates
^ Placed sixth in the steeplechase at the Mid-Continent Championships.
2007 Cross Country:
^ Ran in six races
^ Was Oakland[apos]s first or second runner in the last four meets of the season
^ Finished 11th at the Michigan Intercollegiates (Oct. 5) to earn All-State honors
^ Ran 22:41.90 (fifth fastest 6K in OU history) at Pre-Nationals (Oct. 13)
^ Was the top runner at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10) placing 88th.
2006 Cross Country:
^ Had a successful debut season at Oakland, competing in five races for the Golden Grizzlies
^ Ran a 6K time of 24:12 at the Spartan Invitational to place fourth amongst her teammates
^ Had a solid performance at the Mid-Con Championships finishing 18th overall with a 23:49.86 mark, her season-best 6K time
^ Logged a time of 24:11.96 in the 6K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional to place third amongst her teammates and 148th overall
