2010:
• Finished among the top seven on the team in all five races he ran
• Ran a career 10K best of 32:30.61 at the Chile Pepper Festival (Oct. 16), one of the top 10 times in school history
• Earned All-Academic Summit League honors

2009:
• Finished among the top seven on the team in all six races he ran
• Earned All-Academic Summit League honors

2008:
• Redshirt

2007:
• Finished among the top four on the team in all seven races he ran
• Ran 12:33 (4K) to place 13th and earn all-state honors at the Michigan Intercollegiates (Oct. 5)
• Posted the fourth fastest 5K time of 24:58 to be the number one runner at the NCAA Pre-Nationals (Oct. 13)
• Ran career 10K best of 33:27.69 at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10)

2006:
• Finished among the top seven on the team in all six races he ran
• Was fifth at the Golden Grizzly Open (Sept. 2)

• Redshirt

2011 Indoor:
• Placed among the top 10 in the 5000 at the Big Meet (Feb. 11)

2010 Outdoor:
• Ran 31:32.79 in the 10,000 to finish among the top 10 at The Summit League Championship (May 13)
• Had four top 10 finishes

2010 Indoor:
• Had three top 10 finishes

2009 Outdoor:
• Had a top-10 finish in the 5000 at the Detroit Titan Classic (April 3)

2009 Indoor:
• Ran a career-best of 8:43.96 in the 3000 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 14)

2008 Outdoor:
• Redshirt

2008 Indoor:
• Ran 8:45.75 in the 3000 at the Team Challenge (2/9) to set a then school record

2007 Outdoor:
• Placed fourth in the 5000 at The Summit League Championship (May 14)

High School:
• Earned two letters for coach Paul Yowchuang
• As a senior placed 19th at the Division 1 State Championship to earn all-state honors
• Earned all-region honors and won the Oakland Activities Association title in his senior year as well
