• Hit a season-best 16:25.66 in the 5,000-meter run at the Spartan Invite (4/3)
• Placed sixth in the 5000 at the Central Collegiates (4/17)
2010 Indoor:
• Earned a top-10 finish in the 3,000-meter run at the Don Wright Invitational (1/23)
• Ran a season-best 9:15.04 in the 3,000 run at the GVSU Big Meet (2/12)
Utica Henry Ford II High School:
• Earned four letters
• Helped his team qualify for the Division I State Championship as a senior
• Three-time All-Macomb Athletic Conference selection
• Also earned two letters in swimming
