2018 Indoor:
• Placed sixth in WT (15.85m) and 12th in SP (14.20m) at the Dragon Grand Prix (Feb. 10)
• Placed seventh in SP (15.56m) and ninth in WT (15.69m) at the Michigan Silverston Invitational (Feb. 16)
•Placed third in SP (15.86m) and fourth in WT (16.64m) at the Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 23-24)
2017 Indoor:
• Placed third in weight throw (53 ft., 5.75 in.) at the Horizon League Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26)
2017 Outdoor:
• Captured the Hammer Throw title at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 5-7)
• Placed 5th in Hammer (52.73m) also a PR at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 5-7)
• Received a PR in Shot Put (16.02m) at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship (May 5-7)
• PR in Discus (44.29m) at Oakland vs Detroit Duals (April 8)
2016 Outdoor:
• Took seventh at the Horizon League Championships in hammer throw with PR toss of 164 ft., 9 in.
• Recorded season best marks in the discus (119 ft., 7 in.) at the Golden Grizzly Invite and shot put (45 ft., 7.75 in.) at the Miami Duals.
2016 Indoor:
• Finished eighth in the weight throw at the Horizon League Indoor Championships with PR distance of 52 ft., 10 in.
• Finished eighth at the in shot put at the SVSU Jets Pizza Invitational with a distance of 46 ft., 6 in.
• Finished sixth in shot put at the EMU Triangular at 45 ft., 1.75 in.
• 2015 fall and 2016 spring Horizon League Honor Roll selection
2015 Outdoor:
• Threw outdoor shot put PR (46ft., 7.25in.) to finish third at the Crusader Open (April 25).
• Finished second place in shot put (45ft., 4.5in.) at the Golden Grizzly Duals (April 11).
• Placed first with PR discus throw (140ft., 4in.), third in shot put (43ft., 6in.) and fourth with PR hammer throw (138ft., 8in.) at Detroit Duals (April 4).
2015 Indoor:
• Threw shot put PR (48ft., 11in.) and finished second at the IPFW Duals (Jan. 23).
• Recorded weight throw PR (44ft., .75in.) at the Horizon League Indoor Championships (Feb. 28-March 1).
• Finished second in shot put (44ft., 2.75in.) at the Mastodon Opener (Dec. 6) and third (45ft., 5in.) at the Jack Skoog Dual (Jan. 16).
