ROCHESTER, Mich. - This week's edition of Golden Grizzlies Weekly features Rivalry Week as the men's basketball team will face the University of Detroit Mercy in the return game of the Metro Series, driven by Trinity Transportation.

SUNDAY, FEB. 15
Men's Basketball vs. Detroit, 3 p.m.
▪ It will be a Black Out in the Athletics Center O'rena as the men's basketball team will host UDM in the next chapter of the rivalry with two points up for grab in the Metro Series and the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame (MSHOF) Cup. The 2004-05 NCAA Tournament Team will also be honored during the game on the 10th anniversary of Oakland's first appearance in the NCAA Tournament.

GOLDEN GRIZZLIES ON THE ROAD
Men's Basketball
▪ Before coming home to the O'rena, the Golden Grizzlies head to Milwaukee on Tuesday to face the Panthers starting at 8 p.m. ET

Women's Basketball
▪ Oakland will conclude a four-game road stint this week as they travel to Youngstown State on Wednesday, beginning at 5:15 p.m., and Cleveland State on Saturday, starting at 2 p.m.

Baseball
▪ The baseball team will begin the 2015 season this weekend with a three-game series at top-25 Florida State starting on Friday.

Men's and Women's Track and Field
▪ The track and field teams will compete in their final meet before the Horizon League Indoor Championships on Friday and Saturday at the GVSU Big Meet, hosted by Grand Valley.

Women's Tennis
▪ The tennis team continues its non-conference schedule on Saturday in Kalamazoo, Mich. as they take on Western Michigan starting at 7 p.m.
