 ROCHESTER, Mich. - This week's edition of Golden Grizzlies Weekly features one team playing in an NCAA Tournament, another team hosting the Horizon League Tournament and two teams playing in their season openers.
WEDNESDAY, NOV. 19
 Men's Basketball vs. Western Michigan, 7 p.m.
 â-ª The Oakland men's basketball team will play its home opener on Wednesday as they host in-state foe Western Michigan inside the Athletics Center O'rena. It is #BeatCancer night as well as the Golden Grizzlies, along with head coach Greg Kampe, are asking all fans to purchase $3 Beat Cancer buttons, which will go as a donation to the American Cancer Society.
SATURDAY, NOV. 22
 Volleyball hosts Horizon League Tournament
 â-ª The volleyball team will host the Horizon League Championship Nov. 21-23 after winning its first-ever Horizon League regular season title last week. The Golden Grizzlies will play its semifinal game at 2:30 p.m. in the O'rena.
SUNDAY, NOV. 23
 Women's Basketball vs. Chicago State, 6 p.m.
 â-ª The women's basketball team returns home after a two-game road trip to the state of Florida on Sunday as they face Chicago State and look for its first win of the season.
GOLDEN GRIZZLIES ON THE ROAD

 â-ª The Golden Grizzlies make its sixth appearance in the NCAA Tournament since 2000 on Thursday as they travel to 24th-ranked Kentucky starting at 7 p.m. The game can be seen on SEC Network +. With a win, the Golden Grizzlies would travel to the No. 3 seed Michigan State on Sunday.
