OU ATHLETICS MARKETING INTERNSHIPS NOW AVAILABLE FOR 2011-12

The OU Athletic Department will be offering 10 marketing internships for the 2011-12 academic year. These internships will be for-credit only, no monetary allowance will be awarded. All positions will be marketing-based and will focus on customer service, community outreach, game-day operations and special event promotion and execution.

• The OU Athletic Department is looking for marketing minds to be a part of the 2011-12 Athletics Marketing Intern Program, a student group specializing in assisting Athletics with overall program marketing, in-game management, promotions and operations.
• 2011-12 interns will serve as game-day leaders and have responsibilities such as pre-game preparation, on-court promotions, and post-game event coordination and wrap-up.
