MASCOT TRYOUTS- APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED
2011-12 Open Tryouts for OU Mascots- Application Deadline is April 5
Mascot positions are now available for current OU students or incoming/transfer students. Below includes additional information about the position.

Role & Responsibility of the Grizz
• Attend all OU Basketball games/Games may be split by multiple mascots
• Provide in-game participation
• Provide assistance for in-game promotions
• Provide in-game reaction
• Act in a sportsmanlike manner at all times
• Refrain from speaking at all times
• Provide fan- adult and youth in-game interaction
• Pose for game-day and special event pictures
OU Athletics Grizz Mascot will receive the following:
• $30.00 per game performance
• Invitation to participate in athletics related events
- Applications Due: Now through April 5
- Tryout Dates: April 6
- Accepted Mascot Meeting: April 14
