Oakland University's athletic department will be hosting the first annual "Meet the Coaches and Athletes Fun Fest" on September 5 from 5-7 p.m. The event will be held in front of Oakland's Athletic Center in conjunction with OU's Welcome Week to kick off the school year. All of OU's athletic coaches will be in attendance as well as many student-athletes. There will be free food - appetizers provided by End Zones Bar & Grill and brownies provided by GFS Market Place. There will also be music, free giveaways, and contests with AAA and a local radio station. Free giveaways will include OU glow balls and men's and women's basketball posters featuring star players from Oakland University. Everyone is invited to stop down to the event where music, free food, and contests promise to provide a ton of fun!!!
