Oakland University Athletic Director Jack Mehl announced today that OU will suspend all athletic competition through Sunday, September 16. This decision affects the play of men's and women's soccer, men's and women's cross country, volleyball, softball and men's and women's golf. "Out of respect for the victims and their families and until the gravity of the situation regarding security and travel can better be determined, Oakland University Intercollegiate Athletics will suspend all scheduled competition through Sunday, September 16."
