Thursday Results The Oakland University men's and women's swimming and diving teams are in second and third place, respectively after the second day of the Notre Dame Invitational, in South Bend, Indiana. In 200 medley relay the team of Dave Hartzel, Mark Quinn, Chris Sulivan and Doug Drazin finished in second with a time of 1:33.53. In the 800 freestyle relay OU finished in first place as the team of Johnson, Marc Gray, Sean Broadbent, and Hartzel with a time of 6:47.08. Individualy for OU Johnson was first in the 200 frestyle relay as he qualified with an NCAA B time of 1:39.05. For the women the team of Renie Green, Tanya Korniyenko, Shelley Aurit and Oksana Strelets finished in second place in the 200 yard medley relay with a time of 1:45.99. Individualy for OU Korniyenko came in first place in the 100 fly with a time of 55.57, NCAA B Standard Time, and junior Danielle Ward finished second in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:54.88. Oakland will resume action again tomorrow, Saturday, December 8 in the last day of the Notre Dame Invitational.
