INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - After leading the team in points and assisting the team in going a perfect 2-0 on the week,
Jack Gohlke earned his first Under Armour #HLMBB Player of the Week Honors.

Gohlke is the third Golden Grizzlies player to earn the award (
Trey Townsend and
Blake Lampman), tying the league-high for most players honored by one school.

The graduate student led Oakland over the week with 54 points, all off the bench, to help win both games and secure a top-4 spot in the Horizon League. The Pewaukee, Wis., native was lights out against IUPUI (Feb. 17) as he went 10-of-15 (.667) from range, good for t-2nd in the Golden Grizzlies record book for most threes in a game. In the win, he matched his career-high in points (31), field goals made (10) and three-point field goals made (10) in only 24:02 of court time.

Gohlke played a pivotal role in a 71-63 win over Purdue Fort Wayne (Feb. 14) as he led the team with 23 points as he sank six from range. His final three of the game came with :38 seconds to play to put Oakland up by two possessions and help secure the road win. On the week, he added six rebounds, four assists and one steal and shot at a .552 clip from the floor, all from deep.

Gohlke ranks first in the Horizon League in three-point field goals made per game with a total of 97 (3.5 per game) and is t-2nd in the NCAA in the same category. Gohlke also ranks second in the league in three-point field goal percentage with a .361 clip from downtown.

Gohlke and the Golden Grizzlies men's basketball team hit the road one last time in the regular season as Oakland visits Robert Morris Thursday (Feb. 22) inside the UPMC Events Center, with tip-off set for 7:00 p.m. ET.
